How do you actually back up your skills in an interview? Don't just say "I know XYZ", say "I know XYZ because I did it in this project." Most hiring managers now care more about what you've built than what you studied, so the move is to combine your skills into one real project (or show it from your current job).
A small live web app with an API, a database, real data handling, tests, deployment, and a CI/CD pipeline proves a ton at once. Even if that project doesn't land the job, it's the evidence you point back to when they ask if you really know your stuff.
