Erick Perafan, based in Orlando, Florida, has built a career rooted in leadership, training, and team development. Currently part of JPMorgan Chase’s travel team, he previously worked as an instructor at JetBlue Airways, where he trained new hires through an eight-week onboarding course. Over the years, Eric took on several roles, including team leader and trainer at JPMorgan Chase. While these experiences strengthened his skills, he began to feel stagnant in his career and realized that to grow further, he needed to upskill.
This realization led Erick to enroll in Simplilearn’s PMP certification program. His motivation was clear: to prepare himself for leadership opportunities within his company and position himself for long-term growth. The PMP course not only enhanced his technical knowledge but also gave him a fresh outlook on leadership.
