Back in 2001, Miguel de Icaza announced that he would implement C# and elements of the .NET framework for Linux - and he called it Mono. From Mono came MonoTouch and Mono for Android - allowing developers to use C# to create mobile apps. And then came the .NET Multi-platform App UI, or MAUI. How did this happen?
